Redesign of Chelsea F.C's mascots!

This was an amazing project to work on with one of the World's biggest football clubs and combined two of my passions- illustration and football.

This has been a big project with many images, below are a selection.

• Seasonal placement graphics for Chelsea

• Backgrounds

• Icons, logo's for twitter feeds etc.

• Black and white treatments for website so kids can download and colour-in

• Early development work featuring some of the designs for Stamford, Gary Cahill and Antonio Conte

Katsuma Unleashed Nintendo 3DS/DS game art

This image was the cover art for the No.1 DS chart hit, 'Katsuma Unleashed'.

I also created the supporting artwork used for promotional purposes. The client required the image to be created in vector to help avoid any resizing issues.

This was a great project to be a part of

The San Francisco based advertising agency BBDO West approached me to create a character concept for a range of hair products aimed predominantly at the male tween demographic.

This was pitched to a large multi-national cosmetics company

Here's an example of one of the many mini games I worked on with Moshi Monsters.

The deadline for these was usually two weeks which included brainstorming, conceptualising and illustrating- then handing work over to the animation team for them to do their magic

Brief was to create rendered versions of the character designs. During this process, I also worked on low poly paint overs of 3D game assets in Photoshop. These were used within the game, as well as for marketing and licensing purposes

We were briefed to create a mission/quest to find the Moshi movie film reel and save the premiere from Strangeglove's evil plan- which coincided with the release of the Movie to cinema.

Here we created huge, roam-able levels rich with mini games and features throughout.

We also created an intro animation to tell the back story- which went for a zanier, more angular, caperish feel instead of the established Moshi look

This is an ongoing personal project that came out of some toy designs I did.

It's a great excuse to indulge my love of Garbage Pail Kids and 80's 'horror' such as Critters and Ghoulies

Different sizes show how details hold up

These were for the game Dustland created by the start up games company Gumbug. T'was all mutants and that, scary truckmen!

Again, due to onscreen size all the details had to read and be kept clear and crisp

This character was created for a limited edition print.

He was a homage to the classic Heavy Metal guy juxtaposed with his gentler side

I was lucky to become a fairly regular contributor to Channel 4's creative arts/ media magazine 4talent.

The Food Factory is now an ongoing theme in Moshi. Here the game opted for a Zelda-esque, top down view and featured tiled elements.

Swappable assets allow players to customise their room as well as to feed their Moshlings

Taking inspiration from the song and book of the same name I played around in Photoshop and came up with this fella

Thematically and style wise I wanted to retain a common thread and keep them simple

I was approached by Die Gestalten Verlag to create several images, including the cover, for a Spooky themed calendar.

Neon ink was printed throughout creating a nice product

I produced a limited run of silk screened T-shirts which were sold through my store.
